Refund Policy

Effective date: March 16, 2025

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of the Career Transition Blueprint. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • You may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the course, provided that the request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be processed.
  1. Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
  • Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  1. Conditions for Refund:
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course. Refunds will be prorated based on how much of the course has been consumed. If more than 30% of the course has been completed, no refund will be issued.
  • All refund requests must be submitted by contacting customer support at [email protected]. 
  1. Exceptions:
  • Refunds will not be issued for purchases made as part of a promotional or discounted offer.
  • If you have received any course materials, certificates, or other benefits as part of your enrollment, these must be returned or rendered void before a refund can be processed.
  1. Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Any administrative fees, payment processing fees, or other non-refundable charges are excluded from this refund policy.
  1. Course Cancellations:
  • In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled or discontinued, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the date of the request.
